Optimum regeneration
SAMINA Bio-Ceramic bedding is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their sleep and regeneration even further. The combination of various minerals and the use of the body's own infrared radiation make SAMINA Bio-Ceramic products unique - they promote blood circulation and self-healing powers and thus provide the sleeper with even more vital energy.
The bio-ceramic effect
The bio-ceramic fabric, developed in collaboration with experts, combines various minerals and thus ensures optimum heat and moisture balance. The combination of various natural minerals gives the bio-ceramic fabric the positive property of reflecting the body's own infrared radiation. The infrared heat is channelled back into the fabric, where it has numerous positive effects.
How it works
Infrared radiation is activated at night by body heat. This is reflected and penetrates back into the tissue. The infrared radiation promotes and improves microcirculation and thus also increases the vitality and body energy of the sleeper. In addition to improving blood circulation, far infrared radiation also increases the body temperature and retains heat. This additional heat effect promotes relaxation of the muscles and thus helps to prevent muscle tension. At the same time, fluid retention is prevented and inflammation and swelling are counteracted by the power of the heat.
Passive regeneration during the night
SAMINA Bio-Ceramic bedding provides a relaxed and restful sleep experience thanks to the warming power of infrared radiation. The special structure and properties of the bio-ceramic products keep the sleeper cosily warm and also have a regenerating effect. In all SAMINA organic ceramic products, a natural fabric made from organic ceramic cotton fibre forms the cover for the filling made from organic virgin sheep's wool.
Discovery and history of infrared radiation
In physics, infrared radiation is divided into three areas: near infrared, mid infrared and far infrared. Infrared radiation is invisible to humans, but we can feel its heat. The English-German astronomer Friedrich Wilhelm Herschel discovered infrared radiation in 1800 when he was trying to measure the energy distribution of solar radiation. To measure solar radiation, he used a glass prism at the time, which was used for the spectral decomposition of light. He positioned several blackened mercury thermometers behind the glass prism. He discovered that the greatest temperature increase did not occur in the visible spectral range, but beyond the red light.
The principle of far infrared radiation
As far infrared energy is very easily absorbed by the human organism, it promotes all aspects of physical development and growth. It is also considered to be healing, regenerating and rejuvenating. In addition to the regenerative effect, the warming effect of far infrared radiation also supports the local dilation of blood vessels and thus promotes blood circulation. It also helps to improve blood flow and microcirculation. As far infrared radiation also acts on water, it also promotes lymph and tissue flow, which increases the oxygen content in tissues and cells and stimulates the body's detoxification function.
Experience healthy infrared radiation with the innovative SAMINA bio-ceramic bedding and ensure an even better balance of your body's natural energies.
